  • Nebraska Resource Project for Vulnerable Young Children: Jennie Cole-Mossman and Kelli Hauptman are Co-Directors of the Nebraska Resource Project for Vulnerable Young Children.  This project aims to improve well-being for young children who have been maltreated and/or are part of the court system.  It will focus on increasing well-being through better access to early intervention services, quality child care, relationship based and evidence based young child mental health services.  The project will work on system issues, as well as specific case level issues to produce more positive outcomes for vulnerable young children. It will continue the work of the Nebraska Infant and Toddler Court Improvement Project.
