Projects & Outreach: Third Party Program Evaluations
CCFL provides independent, third-party program evaluations for community and human service agencies and programs. The program evaluations conducted by CCFL are diverse in size and scope, ranging from local community programs to national programs over a wide range of substantive topic areas, e.g., teen pregnancy prevention program to programs designed to reduce utility costs for low-income families.
Our mission
Is to conduct research, analyze policy, and provide education and community service. The purpose of CCFL's activities is to enhance the well-being of children, youth, and families.
No one has yet realized the wealth of sympathy, the kindness and generosity hidden in the soul of a child. The effort of every true education should be to unlock that treasure.
