Text to Speech
- Read Aloud (Tip Sheet) - Chrome extension allows you to highlight text and then right-click on it to activate the screen reader
- NaturalReader - Copy and paste text into this website to hear it, can adjust speaking voice and speed
Speech to Text
- TalkTyper - Use this website to convert your speech to text, includes a translation feature
- Dictation - will type dictations in multiple languages
- Google Docs Voice Typing - integrated into Google Docs, under the “Tools” menu (activate voice typing, click the microphone, and begin speaking)
- Voice In Voice Typing - Chrome extension allows you to voice type into other Google products as well as many text fields on websites
Translation
- ImTranslator - Chrome extension to open a translator tool - copy/paste text, and choose the conversion service of your choice
- Google Translate - Chrome extension displays the translation on the webpage you have selected
