Text to Speech
  • Read Aloud (Tip Sheet) - Chrome extension allows you to highlight text and then right-click on it to activate the screen reader
  • NaturalReader - Copy and paste text into this website to hear it, can adjust speaking voice and speed
     
Speech to Text
  • TalkTyper - Use this website to convert your speech to text, includes a translation feature
  • Dictation - will type dictations in multiple languages
  • Google Docs Voice Typing - integrated into Google Docs, under the “Tools” menu (activate voice typing, click the microphone, and begin speaking)
  • Voice In Voice Typing - Chrome extension allows you to voice type into other Google products as well as many text fields on websites
     
Translation
  • ImTranslator - Chrome extension to open a translator tool - copy/paste text, and choose the conversion service of your choice
  • Google Translate - Chrome extension displays the translation on the webpage you have selected

  • Magnifier on Windows - makes part or all of your screen bigger so you can see words and images better
