What if the most challenging moments at work were also the most empowering? What if you had the ability to turn a tense interaction into a productive conversation, building stronger relationships in the process? This isn't just a hypothetical; it's the core of the Mandt System training.
The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Center on Children, Families and the Law, in collaboration with Organizational Development and Training, is offering this conflict resolution training to all UNL faculty, staff and graduate students. This session is an opportunity to gain the tools and confidence you need to manage interpersonal interactions successfully and create a safer, more positive work environment.
The training will be held 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 1, in the Willa Cather Dining Complex, Red Cloud Rooms B and C. The cost is $115 per person, which includes lunch. Payments can be made by check and cost object number. Checks can be mailed to Children, Families and the Law, 206 S. 13th St., Suite 1000, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68588, attention Katharina Stokes.
Registration deadline is Sept. 16. The class is limited to 40 participants. Register here.
