Homeless Coordinated Entry

Design, develop, implement, and manage the Homeless Coordinated Entry System for the State of Nebraska BOS Continuum of Care and the Lincoln Continuum of Care. Coordinated entry is a single entry system designed to assist communities end homelessness by ensuring that anyone experiencing homelessness has ready access to the homeless system, is assessed for need in a standard manner, is prioritized for housing according to need, and is referred to the earliest available and most appropriate housing resource to end the homelessness. Making homelessness rare, of short duration, and a non-recurring event.
