Design, develop, implement, and manage the Homeless Coordinated Entry System for the State of Nebraska BOS Continuum of Care and the Lincoln Continuum of Care. Coordinated entry is a single entry system designed to assist communities end homelessness by ensuring that anyone experiencing homelessness has ready access to the homeless system, is assessed for need in a standard manner, is prioritized for housing according to need, and is referred to the earliest available and most appropriate housing resource to end the homelessness.
