Angie Graham, BA, is a Field Training Specialist II at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Center on Children, Families, and the Law. Since 2003, Graham has primarily worked on CCFL’s training team in partnership with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Division of Children and Family Services. CCFL’s training team delivers comprehensive New Worker Training to Child and Family Services Specialists, supervisors, and Tribal staff via classroom and distance learning. In her 21 years as a Field Training Specialist II, Graham has assisted with curriculum development and mentored trainees by coordinating ongoing training, providing experiential learning experiences, ensuring training completion, and supporting the transfer of learning from the classroom to the field. Graham is specifically interested in the social and psychological dynamics within families and has over 26 years of experience in child welfare as a Case Manager and Field Training Specialist II.
