Jamie is married, and together they have two sons. They keep busy with their children's sporting events, traveling, and spending time at the lake.

Professional Activities & Community Service:
- Jamie is the Project Manager for the Nebraska Resource Project for Vulnerable Young Children's reflective practice and court infusion projects.
- She is endorsed by the Erikson Institute as a lead FAN (Facilitating Attuned Interactions) Trainer and provides Reflective Practice FAN training and reflective consultation to professionals in the disciplines of child welfare, legal, human services, and education.
- Jamie is a member of the steering committees for both the Lancaster County Safe and Healthy Families Court and Family Treatment Drug Court programs, and provides assistance for their court program evaluations.
