CCFL develops evidence-based training to support individuals and professionals working with children, families, and sectors across trade and industry within communities. Our courses cover a broad range of topics, including Trauma-Informed Care, Personal and Workplace Safety, Integrated Safety and Well-Being Practices, Reflective Practice, Parenting and Family Engagement, Legal and Policy Aspects of Child Welfare, and Data Systems and Software Management. Each course is tailored to varying skill levels and professional roles, ensuring relevant, engaging, and high-impact learning experiences.
Backed by decades of expertise in child welfare, legal and policy analysis, and program evaluation, CCFL’s instructors bring deep, real-world knowledge to every training. Their work has shaped policies at the local, state, and national levels—and has been cited in decisions by courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Through thoughtfully designed, interactive learning, we empower professionals to make informed decisions and drive lasting, positive change in the communities they serve.
