One of my hobbies is gluten-free baking! I've always loved to bake, and when I had to go gluten-free five years ago, it became a fun challenge. I've enjoyed learning new techniques to make gluten-free treats and breads that are just as tasty and fluffy as the originals. And I even picked up some chemistry knowledge on the way!
