2023 Family Caregiver Proclamation & Celebration

CCFL's Answers4Families, a partner of the Nebraska Caregiver Coalition, assisted in the facilitation of the 2023 National Family Caregivers Proclamation Signing and Celebration. The event was held at the Nebraska State Capital and was simutaneously streamed for online viewers. 

Governor Jim Pillen signed the proclamation and Dr. Julie Masters spoke on caregiving. Caregivers were also recognized during this event. Three caregivers were honored to receive this year's recognition.

• Nebraska caregivers provided 168 million hours of care?
• The estimated value of caregiving hours was $2.8 billion?
