"The Bridge: Connecting Science and Practice” is a TIP column that seeks to help facilitate additional learning and knowledge transfer to encourage sound, evidence-based practice. In the September 19, 2023 issue, Megan Paul, Michelle Graef, and Robert Blagg discuss how using I-O psychology research and best practices improved workforce outcomes across 36 child welfare agencies. They share insights from a series of Quality Improvement Center projects on how to develop and test workforce interventions, use organizational data to improve workforce outcomes, and share learnings and resources for practitioners to use to further advance I-O research through practice.
