eLifespan Respite was designed by Respite Coordinators to be able to match the needs of caregivers and the needs of care recipients and getting that information to providers. This online workspace empowers Respite Coordinators and other authorized partners to connect and collaborate in a secure, web-based environment. This collaborative approach is increasing efficiency and helping to enhance the implementation and coordination of the Nebraska Lifespan Respite infrastructure. eLifespan Respite creates transparency and results in enhanced collaboration between respite regions and coordinators.
Participants are using eLifespan Respite to: foster collaborations, share information, more easily record contacts & better facilitate referrals/follow-up, submit monthly subgrantee activities & invoices, plan future efforts and engage in sharing best practices.
The eLifespan Respite System is a collaborative project of the Center on Children, Families, and the Law, in partnership with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and Nebraska Lifespan Respite.
