What Chad enjoys most about his job at CCFL:
Meeting the new people who have accepted the challenge of working with vulnerable populations and then cultivating a positive perspective of children and youth to provide a supportive foundation when working with underprivileged populations.

Being outside and surrounded by mother nature and family is very important for me. The outdoors and family have been greatly beneficial for my growth, and I wish to provide my children with similar developmental experiences.
