I love the book "The Happiness Advantage" by Shawn Achor. He applies happiness research to the workplace to demonstrate that focusing on your employees' happiness will yield team members who are more creative and more productive, and your organization will be successful. The research is fascinating and shared with lots of wonderful examples and good humor.
